Meet The Owner
Lydia Stevens Cabibi is a Baton Rouge native and LSU graduate. She moved to Metairie in 2005 and has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. Lydia opened Massage Therapy Works, LLC in 2013 and continues to improve the quality of life of her clients by providing individualized, client specific application of massage for pain relief.
Lydia received her Fascia Stretch Therapy certification and continues her education with the internationally recognized Stretch to Win Institute under Ann and Chris Frederick. The Fredericks are on the forefront of emerging science and research of the importance of connective tissue and optimal health.
The motivation of Lydia’s life and success is her faith in God above and the importance of her family beside her.
